Peak Career Consulting is based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and is owned and managed by husband and wife team Paul Howard and Kathy Brisk.

Paul has in excess of 30 years experience in the Financial World having held various Managerial positions in the Building Society and Banking Industry. In addition he has also carried through a key role as a Customer Relations Manager for a leading firm of U.K Lawyers and has also gained a valuable insight working within the third sector for a Learning Consortium by managing funding for a Skills Agency Project. He has a deep understanding of the Recruitment process, Customer focus, Service delivery and Client Relationship Management.

Kathy has worked in various Law practices throughout her career, and has in-depth knowledge of the Conveyancing process driven by the latest workflow and imaging technology. As an accomplished Internal Auditor a full appreciation has been achieved of Quality Assurance and Risk Management.
